Who are we?
Care Plan Migration is a team of dedicated migration professionals based in Sydney. Together we have almost 50 years of experience in all facets of skilled recruitment and migration across a range of industries and occupations. Collectively we have facilitated the migration of thousands of talented workers coming to or staying on in Australia. We are helpers by nature and we love what we do.
Whilst Care Plan Migration is a relatively young business catered to the aged care and healthcare industries, it is the sister business of TOTM Migration. Operating since 2010, TOTM Migration is a leading migration services provider for Australia’s automotive sector, and is a preferred supplier for the nation’s largest vehicle dealership groups. Care Plan Migration was launched as we became increasingly aware of the acute need in the aged care and healthcare industries for skilled foreign workers to meet the needs of our communities, and leverages off the strength of TOTM Migration. Our own loved ones have become increasingly reliant on the incredible work that aged care and healthcare providers do, and we relish the opportunity to assist them.

Gavin Stocks
About Gavin
Gavin was the original founder of TOTM Migration in 2010 and is also a director for Care Plan Migration. Gavin is a highly experienced Registered Migration Agent dedicated to breaking down complex legislation to help businesses attract and retain the right skilled workers. He enjoys getting to know clients and their teams, and using his specialist knowledge to solve problems and help people achieve their migration goals. He is self-motivated and might be part shark as he seems to need movement to survive.
Nat Richards
About Nat
Nat is also a director of Care Plan Migration and has worked with Gavin since 2017. He is a talented client manager who works hard to ensure end-to-end migration services for the businesses we support. He is our submission writing specialist, always ready to make sure our communications with the Department of Home Affairs are suitably compelling. He is driven, cuts through faff and can’t dance at all.
Cristina Clear
About Cristina
Cristina is a self-confessed migration nerd and the owner of what might be Australia’s biggest heart. She has been working in this field for over a decade and is a senior Registered Migration Agent. Cristina loves helping people who are dedicated to what they do, and is very skilled in making tricky migration law easy to understand. She is a great communicator, a family woman and a compulsive smiler.
